Review Request Only
This app is still in a private pilot stage. Account deletion is handled as a review request so school ownership, attendance records, backups, and audit requirements can be checked before anything is removed.
2. Administrator Checks
An Administrator checks school ownership, export needs, and retention requirements.
3. Outcome Recorded
The request is marked as reviewing, completed, denied, or cancelled with an audit trail.
Important
School Records Are Different from User Accounts
Deleting a teacher account does not automatically delete school attendance, student progress, backup, or audit records. Those records may belong to the school workspace and need a separate review before removal.
